Chocolate Perfection Fondue - with a hint of Orange.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, heated to simmer with 3 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 4 ounces milk-chocolate, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 3 Tablespoons Grand Marnier
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the blender container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Turn machine on the lowest setting and slowly increase speed to High.
- Blend for 5 minutes or until melted and smooth.
- Pour into fondue pot. Stir in Grand Marnier.
For dippers, try sponge cake, pound cake, sliced apples, sliced
pears, marshmallows, strawberries, bananas, and fresh or canned
pineapple chunks.
