Chocolate Perfection Fondue  - with a hint of Orange.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, heated to simmer with 3 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 4 ounces milk-chocolate, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons  butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Grand Marnier


Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Turn machine on the lowest setting and slowly increase speed to High.
  3. Blend for 5 minutes or until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour into fondue pot. Stir in Grand Marnier.
For dippers, try sponge cake, pound cake, sliced apples, sliced pears, marshmallows, strawberries, bananas, and fresh or canned pineapple chunks.
