Bacon, Cheddar, and Potato Soup (High Preformance Blender Recipe)
Bacon Cheddar and Potato Soup in High Performance Blender.
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 medium peeled russet potatoes, baked
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 onion, chopped, microwave in 1 Tablespoon olive oil for 90 seconds on high.
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 ounces bacon, cooked, crumbled
Directions
- Place milk, one potato, cheese, onion, dill weed, rosemary and salt
into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select the lowest speed.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to High.
- Blend for 4-5 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.
- Reduce speed to low.
- Remove the lid plug. Drop in remaining potato and bacon. Blend for an additional 10 seconds, until chopped.
