Bacon, Cheddar, and Potato Soup (High Preformance Blender Recipe)





Bacon Cheddar and Potato Soup in High Performance Blender.



Ingredients


  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 medium peeled russet potatoes, baked
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4  onion, chopped, microwave in 1 Tablespoon olive oil for 90 seconds on high.
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ounces bacon, cooked, crumbled



Directions


  1. Place milk, one potato, cheese, onion, dill weed, rosemary and salt into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select the lowest speed.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to High.
  4. Blend for 4-5 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.
  5. Reduce speed to low.
  6. Remove the lid plug. Drop in remaining potato and bacon. Blend for an additional 10 seconds, until chopped.
