Almond, Cashew, Rice or Coconut Milks - Easy at home!









Making milk at home from Cashew, Rice, Almonds and Coconut is easy and so delicious.  It is also so much better for you than store bought which is full of preservatives and they have not been stored in plastic containers for long periods.

You will need a great high performance blender that have enough power to create.

Almond or Cashew Milk
3 cups of water
1 cup of raw almonds or cashews
(you can add sugar or sweetener if you like)

1.Place all ingredients in mixer, secure lid.
2. Start on the lowest setting and work it up to the highest.  Blend for 2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.

Almond milk can be strained through a mesh sieve over a large bowl.

Rice Milk
2 cups water
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar - optional.

Same as above - shake before serving

Coconut Milk
2 cups of Water
1 cup of shredded coconut

Same as above - Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother drink.
