Avocado, Egg on Toast - Perfection with Cracked Black Pepper
Avocado, Egg on Toast 1 ripe avocado
Salt to taste
Half lemon to squeeze on avocado
2 large eggs, soft boiled or hard boiled
2 slices of bread, toasted
Instructions
- Scoop out the avocado and spread on toasted bread slices evenly.
- Sprinkle salt and squeeze lemon on them.
- Top with the eggs, sprinkle a little salt on them and serve.
