Crepe Bake


This is one of our favorites, and what we had for dinner tonight. So easy, so good! Some call it the german pancake, we call it heaven. What I love about this crepe is that it is perfect for any meal - savory or sweet. Top it with some fruit or maple syrup for breakfast, or pair with a fabulous glass of wine for dinner.

Ingredients:

6 eggs

1 cup flour

1 cup milk

1/4 cup butter

dash of salt

dash of vanilla

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425. While oven preheats, place pan in the oven to heat up.

Combine all ingredients and mix till well blended. Pour into heated pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until crepe is golden brown.

Easy and delish!
