 Food trucks are all the rave right now and I must say I was the first to question the idea - how do you get great food from a truck?  Well turns on in Mini you can!  Not just one, but a ton of great varietal foods that are full of fresh ingredients and popping with flavor!

Lu Lu's was packed - I thought I would go where the people were and guess what....they were right.  We got a HUGE chicken sandwich on a pretzel roll topped with honey, slaw and the mix of the spicy crunchy shell of the chicken....perfection.  But for me, the fries were simple the best fries a girl could EVER have.  That is a huge statement - so here goes!  Fresh hand cut, crispy (the kind that feel as though they have air on the inside) and doused with black truffle oil and layered with fresh black pepper and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.  It was heaven, yes heaven!
